Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:
1.) You can return your item or exchange (excluding the shipping charges and fees) within 14 days from shipment day.
2.) A 25% restocking fee will be applied for all returns.
3.) Buyer is responsible for all return shipment cost.
Note:
Please understand that the item has to be in original state and in full count. All shipping cost is non-refundable.
Since we don’t take any responsibility for taxes and customs, returns won’t be accepted if package was refused to accept upon that reason.
Some items are final sales , you can refer to the listing. If final sales item we will not take any returns or exchange.
